opposites

My son is still (couple of years now...) exploring his emotions. Recently expressing anger has changed from throwing himself on the floor and yelling to bringing hands to the face doing as if he cries (but don't). I would like him to learn to express how he feels.

P revious week subject inspired me to start the emotions-book I was planing to make for him. The idea is that in every page a child shows different emotion: happy, sad, angry, scared etc.

here are the first 2:

happy (my son calls it "laughing")

and sad ("crying")

I haven't decided yet if the opposite emotions will be in pages near each other or behind each other.

That is just an adorable idea. Your work is so inspiring! I've found my way here via Stitchin Fingers (I'm Annie B there).
